Off season practice is necessary to lay a solid foundation to compete in a highly competitive region. The winter session is a great way to prepare players for their town spring season. Our leadership is committed to equipping multi-sport athletes with critical lacrosse fundamentals to take their game to a higher level.
Winter Session Details:
Duration: Sunday Evenings, – November 20th – March 26th (excluding Xmas, New Years, & 2 Sundays at the end of February) - 15 Sessions in Total
Time: 6-7pm – 1st thru 3rd grades
6-7pm – 4th and 5th grades
7-8pm – 6th and 7th grades
Location: Teamworks - Acton
Gear: Pinnies and Shooter shirts provided

Weak hand Stick skills development
Defense (of course)

Fall - Red Tail Skills Training - Acton- Sept 17th – Nov 5 The Red Tail Hawks club model focuses on off season training, prioritizing Acton-Boxborough, Westford, and Concord-Carlisle players of ALL skill levels. Our leadership has the lacrosse experience to develop players at any skill levels. Of interest here is that Chris Mach, Westford Youth Lacrosse Player Development director is one of the coaches during this training session.
